Return Policy for Cana Decor, LLC
At Cana Decor, LLC, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we are committed to making the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@canadecor.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation or images if applicable.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package when returning the item.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to protect against loss or damage during transit.
- Cana Decor, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
4. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- Provide detailed information and supporting documentation or images, if possible.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
7. Cancellations:
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, the return process outlined above must be followed.
